How It Works
The table operates as a regulation-style table tennis setup, allowing standard singles or doubles gameplay. Guests can engage casually or participate in structured tournaments, depending on the event format.
Its design-led construction ensures it functions equally as an interactive game and a branded installation, making it suitable for both competitive and social event environments.

Battery Operation (Standard)
- This table tennis setup can operate without mains power.
LED Acrylic Bats
- Powered by 2 × AA batteries per bat
- Estimated runtime: ~20 hours (typical event use)
LED Net Lighting
- Designed to run on a portable battery pack for events
- Runtime: approx. 8 hours per full charge
- Battery pack must be recharged between event days for multi-day use
- Battery charger is not supplied as standard but can be arranged prior to delivery if required.
Mains Power (Optional)
If the venue can supply power, the LED net lighting can run continuously without runtime limits. Mains power provides a more stable long-duration solution and removes the need for battery monitoring or staff attention during operation.
This is recommended for multi-day events or extended activation hours.

- Table Structure Branding
The entire table body — including the playing surface and external panels — can be wrapped in custom artwork for complete visual integration. - Perspex Net Branding (Optional)
The clear acrylic net can remain transparent for a minimal aesthetic or be customised with vinyl graphics, printed branding or etched detail. - LED Acrylic Bat Branding (Optional)
The acrylic bats can remain clear or be branded with vinyl or etched artwork to align with campaign messaging.
Branding scope is confirmed during the quoting process. Artwork templates are supplied once booking is secured.

The Designer Table Tennis table features a fully customisable structure with integrated LED elements, acrylic bats and optional perspex net branding. It is suited to brand launches, premium corporate events and installations where the table forms part of the visual centrepiece. - Branded Standard Table Tennis (Alternative Option)
For events where budget or venue constraints require a simpler format, we can also supply branded standard table tennis tables. These provide the same gameplay experience with custom surface branding, without the integrated LED and acrylic design features of the Designer version.

Does the table require power?
No. The table can operate without mains power using battery-powered LED bats and net lighting. If mains power is available, it is recommended for multi-day events to provide continuous lighting without battery management.
Is the table suitable for outdoor events?
The table is suitable for indoor use or covered outdoor environments. Protection from rain and direct sunlight is required. A flat, stable surface is necessary for safe gameplay.
Does the table require supervision?
The table can operate independently in free-play mode. For high-traffic public events, supervision may be recommended to manage participant flow and equipment handling.

Yes. The table uses standard table tennis rules and equipment, making it accessible to casual players while still suitable for competitive matches or structured tournaments.
