Retro Arcade Machine Hire

A retro arcade machine is one of the most universally recognised formats at corporate events and brand activations — Street Fighter, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong — the titles do the work the moment guests walk past. Available in upright and cocktail cabinet formats with access to 800 classic titles, machines can also be locked to a single game for themed events or competitions.

Retro arcade machine hire is available across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with national deployments by Exponential Games for clients including Westfield Shopping Centres, JB HiFi and Instagram.

How It Works

Guests simply select a game and begin playing using the built-in joystick and arcade buttons. Upright cabinets provide access to a wide library of classic 80s and 90s titles, while cocktail tables feature a curated selection of early arcade favourites.

Many games support two-player head-to-head gameplay, encouraging friendly competition and repeat play throughout the event.
For themed events or competitions, machines can be configured to lock onto a specific title prior to installation.

  • Side Panel Branding
Cabinet side panels can be wrapped with custom artwork for increased visibility in open event spaces.
  • Full Cabinet Wrap
For complete visual transformation, the entire cabinet can be wrapped in custom artwork. This option is suited to brand launches, product campaigns and immersive themed environments.

Branding scope is confirmed during the quoting process. Artwork templates are supplied once booking is secured.

Variations

  • Upright Cabinet
The upright cabinet delivers the traditional stand-up arcade experience. Players stand at the machine, making it ideal for high-energy environments, competitions and fast participant turnover. This format is well suited to expos, open floor plans and areas where visibility from a distance is important.
  • Cocktail Cabinet
The cocktail cabinet is a seated, table-style format designed for face-to-face gameplay. This variation works well in lounge areas, networking environments and events where guests may be seated for longer periods. The lower profile integrates easily into hospitality settings and relaxed event spaces.
