To celebrate the special collaboration range with designer Yayoi Kusama, Louis Vuitton requested a custom branded claw machine inspired by the collection’s bold, instantly recognisable visual style.
Installed for an exclusive in-store launch event in Sydney CBD, the activation was designed to stop guests in their tracks and create a playful moment of interaction within a premium retail environment. The machine exterior was customised to reflect the look and feel of the campaign, helping it sit naturally within the store while still standing out as a hero attraction.
More than just a display piece, the claw machine gave guests a reason to engage directly with the brand. It combined nostalgia, challenge and reward in a format that felt both familiar and elevated, making it ideal for a luxury launch setting where experience and presentation matter.

For the Alibaba Expo at the International Convention Centre, Blackmores wanted an activation that would attract attention to their stand and draw people in from across a busy exhibition floor.
We worked closely with the team to understand their objectives and then sat down together to brainstorm ideas that would align with the brand. Rather than just supplying a generic game, we looked for something that naturally connected with Blackmores’ focus on health and wellbeing.
That led us to the basketball machine — an activation built around movement, energy and participation. It was a natural fit for the brand, encouraging attendees to get active, have fun and engage in a way that felt authentic to what Blackmores represents.
The result was a high-energy focal point that not only attracted attention but kept people coming back. It created a steady flow of traffic to the stand, gave staff an easy conversation starter and delivered a memorable, on-brand experience for visitors.
