How are prizes loaded into the machine?
All prizes must be preloaded into the supplied 10cm diameter capsules. These capsules are provided as part of the hire. Clients are responsible for ensuring their prizes fit securely inside the capsules prior to operation.
Can we refill the machine during the event?
Yes. A key is supplied with the hire, allowing clients or event staff to access and refill the machine as required.
For longer activations or high-traffic events, some clients choose to order additional capsules so they can be pre-packed in advance and swapped in quickly during the event.
Is the machine suitable for outdoor events?
The machine must be protected from rain and direct sunlight. Covered outdoor environments may be suitable with prior planning.
