My Muscle Chef
Boxing machine activation
My Muscle Chef used a branded boxing machine to match the stand's high-energy fitness positioning. The strength-test mechanic made the activation feel active, competitive and well aligned with the brand.
Branded games designed to help food, grocery and FMCG exhibitors turn busy aisle traffic into quick, memorable stand interactions.
Metcash Food Expo 2026 brought suppliers, retailers and industry teams together at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Across the expo floor, Exponential Games supplied branded activations for multiple exhibitor stands, helping brands create movement, product interest and easy reasons for attendees to stop, play and talk.
Activation showcase
From branded prize machines to reaction and skill game hire, each setup was built around the exhibitor's product story, stand layout and reason for attendees to take part.

Finish used a custom branded claw machine as a prize-based drawcard. The machine sat inside the stand environment and gave attendees a familiar, easy-to-understand interaction around the brand's product display.

Ryde used a branded speed drop game to create a fast reaction challenge around the stand. The format suited a quick-play expo environment where attendees could test themselves and move through without a long setup.

Real Dairy used a branded Plinko-style game to create a playful product-led moment on the stand. The vertical game face worked well as both a visual display and a quick interaction for passing attendees.

Yarrows used a branded boxing alley game to add movement, competition and a clear physical challenge to the stand. It gave visitors a quick reason to step in, play and connect with the product story.
FMCG expo strategy
Food and grocery expos move differently to a tech conference. Visitors are comparing products, tasting samples, meeting suppliers and moving quickly between stand appointments, so each activation needed to feel easy, branded and relevant to the product story.
The games gave suppliers another reason for visitors to pause near the product display, creating a more memorable moment around sampling, packaging and brand recall.
Each mechanic was simple enough for a busy trade floor. Attendees could step in, play, win or compare scores, then keep moving through the expo.
Rather than one generic activation, each machine was selected and branded to suit the exhibitor's category, stand design and campaign message.
Event delivery
Use this kind of multi-point activation when one large centrepiece is not the right fit for the floor plan.
